Catalyst Audit Community Proposals in Fund 7

The Catalyst Audit community have submitted two complementary proposals. Audit Circle will look at funded proposals and continues and funds the liaison work we are doing at present. Community Governance Oversight will prepare for oversight of governance changes to Project Catalyst (incl. future parameter changes proposed by the Catalyst Technical Council).
