After actively joining and supporting the SingularityNET community in early 2022, the Catalyst Swarm is deeply involved and supportive at several community activities at the SingularityNET & Deep Funding ecosystem.
We mainly focused on introducing and implementing Community tools and processes and to explore and establish grassroot initiatives and engagements which aim to nurture the healthy growth and development of SingularityNET and the direct collaboration with the Cardano ecosystem and Community.
We share knowledge, experience and earned expertise from Cardano & Project Catalyst with the SingularityNET community and Foundation and introduce community members and initiatives from both sides, Cardano & SingularityNET to each other.
SingularityNET Ambassadors program
As highly engaged and committed members, we engage in the SingularityNET Ambassador program, where we introduce and implement collaboratively tools and processes such as public and transparent project management at the Ambassadors Dework, treasury & accounting systems to recognize community engagements and the initiation of Ambassador Guilds, such as the Marketing & Treasury Guild
Check the established working Spaces where Ambassadors work on tasks, and where the wider community can apply to rewarded Bounties.
Governance Expert Group
Further, the Swarm participates constantly in the Deep Funding Governance Expert group led by the SingularityNET Foundation. We introduced Catalyst & Cardano community members with strong experience at Cardano & Catalyst to the initiative which enabled us to provide high quality feedback and insights on what worked well, and what didn't at project Catalyst. These insights help to avoid duplications of mistakes and efforts at the emerging Deep Funding project and also help to experiment, explore and bootstrap effective alternatives and improvements.
Deep Funding Town Hall
In late 2022 then, we organised and hosted a very first DeepFunding Town Hall, in early 2023 we organised and hosted follow up events. The Deep Funding Town Hall | Proposal Reels events on February 2nd and February 9th invited Deep Funding proposers to present their proposals to the community and to have an open community space for discussions and questions around all things DeepFunding.
In total, we are quite present and engaged in multiple initiatives and environments to support and nurture the growth of the SingularityNET & DeepFund ecosystem and community.
