We experimented on a new format to increse the quality of documentations. The main challenge is "how to ensure easy access and overview to gined knowledge across the workshops".

Zoom - Meetings & recordings Google Cloud - Speech to Text Open Documents (Hackmd or Google docs)- notetaking Miro Board - Online Whiteboard GPT4 - Custom GPTs Gitbook - Content Management Process: 1) Host & record the meeting, take manual meeting notes 2) Use Google Cloud Speech to translate audio into text 3) Create custom GPT, add documents and transcriptions into knowlegde base of custom GPT 4) Create summaries and insights on the meetings with your custom GPT 5) Add new generated insights to your GPT Knowledge base 6) Upload your meeting recording to the public, use your GPT to generate timestamps 7) Publish final GPT summaries & insights on Gitbook 8) Publish your custom GPT for public use
