Workshop Format

The design of the workshop series across specific topics and the main objective to get topic-experts from different projects, communities and ecosystems was a quite effective format.

We focused on two different Workshop formats

A) Invited Expert Session Creating guest lists based on domain experts, the event is not hosted in public

B) Public Community Session Open and publicly announced Community Session open for everyone to join

The mix of both formats was highly effective on both sides, once to have a small group call highly focused on a specific topic, and open community calls to ideate and collectively align on major directions and general objectives... Definitely something to be continued.

To design the Workshop in a serie has been highly benefitial as well as it allowed us to have a clear idea and understanding on how to best structure the path of building the most relevant knowledge on specific topics, later merging into a general concrete idea on a best matching mental framework for a DeepFunding Reputation System.
